Mit dem Urteil vom 12.05.1998 hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden,
dass man durch das Anlegen eines Links die Inhalte einer gelinkten Seite
mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann man nur dadurch verhindern, dass man
sich selbst ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert. Für alle Links
auf unserer Homepage zu anderen Webseiten gilt, dass wir keinen Einfluss
auf die Gestaltung und deren Inhalt haben. Dafür sind alleine die
Verfasser dieser Seitenverantwortlich. Sollte sich ein Link auf unserer
Seite als rechtlich nicht tragbar herausstellen, wird dieser sofort
entfernt.

link is at least partly responsible for the content ofthe page the link
connects to. This can be prevented only by expressly declining
responsibility for this content. We declare that we have no
influencewhatsoever on the contents of the web pages our home page links
to. In case a link on our home page turns out to be illegal it will be
removedimmediately.
